Start It Challenge Launch
25 August 2017
On this day, students will be introduced to the Start It Challenge. Students may already have an idea of a problem they want to solve or they may get inspiration from a select number of companies that will pitch the problems/challenges which they would like the students to solve.
The objective of the challenge is to (i) foster entrepreneurial thinking, (ii) spur innovation, and (iii) nurture problem-solving skills.
26-27 August 2017
Over the weekend, we will guide and inspire you to formulate and structure your ideas for the Start It Challenge.
Whether you already have an idea or don’t, our design thinking workshop and sharing by young entrepreneurs like yourself will give you an edge over the rest to win the Start It Challenge!
The objective of the Ideation Weekend is to inspire students and to guide them in formulating their ideas before they submit them to the Start It Challenge.
27th September 2017
Come and watch the Top 10 finalists pitch to our panel of judges!
The top 3 prize winners will be picked and companies will announce the names of candidates (eligible for all who joined the Start it Challenge) which they would like to interview for a potential internship or full-time employment!
The finalists will pitch their ideas to a panel of judges consisting of industry partners and investors. Each participant will have three minutes to pitch their ideas followed by five minutes of Q&A by the judges.
